The BSE Clearing Limited (BSECL) on October 08, 2026, notified members regarding the Submission of the Annual Return for the Financial Year 2025-2026.
BSE Clearing Members are required to submit Annual Returns for FY 2025-26 by October 31, 2026. Members shall submit financial statements in the format prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013, irrespective of its applicability, and maintain the applicable Net Worth (higher of Base Net Worth or Variable Net Worth) as prescribed by SEBI. Clearing/Self-Clearing Members registered with NSE may submit their Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate to NSE, which will share the compliance with BSE Clearing Corporation, while non-NSE registered members and Professional Clearing Members shall submit directly through BSECL’s electronic filing system. Non-submission or net-worth shortfall may result in action as prescribed by BSECL.
